Hi. I am thrilled you stopped by to check out my therapy practice. It takes courage to take this step! Navigating life can be challenging, and seeking support is a great way to honor yourself. Therapy can truly be life-changing!
I specialize in trauma recovery, such as issues related to, but not limited to, domestic violence, interpersonal violence, sexual assault, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, physical abuse, witnessing traumatic events, workplace trauma, and medical system trauma. Additionally, I specialize in treating issues related to depression, anxiety, phobias, caretaker stress, parenting and relationship issues, boundary setting, emotional dysregulation, loss and grief, coping with chronic illness and pain, and managing life from age 13+. Individuals with Ehler's-Danlos Syndrome are also a particular area of interest.
