I specialize in trauma recovery, such as issues related to, but not limited to, domestic violence, interpersonal violence, sexual assault, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, physical abuse, witnessing traumatic events, workplace trauma, and medical system trauma. Additionally, I specialize in treating issues related to depression, anxiety, phobias, caretaker stress, parenting and relationship issues, boundary setting, emotional dysregulation, loss and grief, coping with chronic illness and pain, and managing life from age 13+.
