My Approach to Helping

I provide individual therapy to adults and kids (ages 8+). I offer traditional Talk Therapy, but sometimes words can’t convey everything. So, I also specialize in the holistic approach of Expressive Arts Therapy to help you express yourself fully and explore obstacles that have been holding you back so you can begin to heal.
