More Info About My Practice

I offer caring and professional support in a private environment, to individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with persons with diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and religious or nonreligious backgrounds.
My areas of specialty include relationship issues, trauma-resolution, PTSD, bipolar and borderline, mood/anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, career counseling and life transitions. I also work with people who would like to use psychotherapy to improve their general quality of life.

I have put together a website, that contains a wealth of information about my practice, discussions of several mental health issues, and the answers to questions that most people have regarding the therapeutic relationship.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

The goal of therapy is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely and honestly open your heart, discuss your problems, and share your feelings to bring change, and achieve desired outcomes and solutions.

Through shared dialogue, skillful questioning, challenging, probing, feedback, and coaching, you will experience a very personal, unique, and empowering transformation to create a balanced self and the desired future.

Therapy can bring increased motivation, provide helpful healing tools, facilitate communication, help heal past hurts, or just provide the good feeling that comes with sitting with someone who will listen in a non-judgmental way.

I encourage you to visit my website or to make a call today.
