Reaching out for support is often the hardest part of your journey. Finding a therapist that is a good fit is an important part of this process. My clients have found benefit in my warm, friendly, and genuine approach as we work together to resolve concerns such as recovering from abuse, managing concerns such as stress, anxiety, mood, or anger issues as well as addressing relationship problems and achieving self-improvement. I value the importance of providing a confidential and supportive environment to achieve personal growth and have a passion for helping my clients to reach their goals.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults recovering from trauma or abuse, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship or family difficulties, substance abuse and more. I believe in using evidence based approaches such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and motivational enhancement therapies.
I am passionate about the benefits of counseling and my work as a therapist. I hope this page and my website offer helpful information as you search for your therapist. I look forward to hearing from you to answer any questions or to schedule an appointment.
