In the quiet of my office I listen closely as you share who you are and what makes you and your life situation unique. I guide you in expressing and exploring your challenges, then help you find practical solutions for what might now seem like insurmountable challenges.
With a creative mix of life wisdom, education and a variety of therapy techniques, I build on your strengths, identify and address root causes, and help you create and work towards a plan to achieve the changes you seek. I spend a full-hour with you each session and reflect on next steps in between sessions.
