I will guide you in expressing and exploring your challenges, then help you find practical solutions for what might now seem like insurmountable challenges.
With a creative mix of therapy techniques, wisdom and life experience, I build on your strengths, identify and address root causes, and help you create and work towards a plan to achieve the changes you seek. I use approaches that connect mind, body and spirit including Family systems, DBT, Mindfulness, EFT, CBT and person-centered counseling.
