Taking this first step in finding a therapist is often times the hardest one. As a therapist, I find fulfillment in helping you, the individual, meet your true potential. I do this by establishing a safe and nonjudgmental environment, while helping you to identify what may be getting in the way of your personal success and overall empowerment.
Therapy is a collaboration between the individual and the therapist and as such, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of feeling comfortable and safe as you begin this journey. Through this process, we can work together to unearth long standing patterns or current day to day stressors that are getting in the way of being the YOU that you want to be.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Often times, people worry about the stigma associated with going to therapy. But in today's day and age, we are confronted with numerous stressors, challenges and difficulties that often times cannot go ignored. One of the primary benefits of therapy is having someone to talk to about these issues that is not family, friend, or directly involved with the situation. This removes concerns of judgements, biased opinions, and unsolicited/unhelpful advice.
