I’m Dr. LaTacia Ruff and I specialize in working with women in various stages of life transitions (i.e. motherhood, wifehood, sisterhood, etc.) to help them pro-actively prevent or de-escalate crises, and analyze and solve conflicts that arise in relationships. My goal is to keep it real while helping you to get well! This is done with a direct approach that is laced with genuine care and concern where you will feel respected, protected, and empowered to make the necessary changes your life requires.
Holding a doctoral degree in Counseling Education and Supervision, I am knowledgeable and relatable with experience providing therapy in outpatient treatment facilities, community mental health agencies, educational institutions (elementary through post-secondary), correctional systems, and home environments.
