My Approach to Helping
If you're struggling with depression, low self esteem, OCD, anxiety, or past trauma, there's a good chance that I can help you. I use techniques that are evidence-based, but also grounded in compassion and empathy. I go way beyond just talking to you and really hone in on specific methods that will help you eliminate or significantly reduce the issues you are dealing with. I love working with people of all different backgrounds. I see many individuals who are queer, have ADHD, on the Autism Spectrum, or who are just a bit "weird in a good way." Don't worry if you don't fit into one of those categories, as I see people from all walks of life. I simply love making human to human connections with people and helping them overcome their difficulties.
