It takes courage to ask for help. My approach is to come alongside and help you through your difficult situation from a non-judgmental perspective, at a pace you set. During this process, I can help you improve your sense of well being, and gain insight into and appreciate yourself more fully. Hopefully along the way, you will gain a greater sense of clarity with the peace and freedom to be yourself. If you have Christian beliefs, they can be incorporated into the sessions.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Sometimes it helps to have another set of eyes look into our lives and help us form a new perspective. I have found that having someone to walk with you through life's issues from a non-judgmental position can be a moving experience that effects positive change in your life. It is helpful to have someone who is willing to talk with you confidentially about the "elephant in the room," as well as process your thoughts and emotions about anything life throws your way.
