My Approach to Helping

It is an honor to walk alongside a struggling person and watch their life improve. I strive to offer hope, teach new skills, and empower my clients to find their own solutions. I am experienced with both families and children. I trained at the Brief Institute in Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy. I also have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

We can partner to help you make lasting, meaningful change. My office is a safe space for people of all beliefs and walks of life. Email me so we can get started.

More Info About My Practice

I currently practice at Balance Beacon. I offer day and evening appointments Monday through Friday. I work with a wide population including, but not limited to, children, adolescents, young adults, family, couples, and individuals. And I see clients virtually on weekends.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I'm passionate about helping. I enjoy lifting up and empowering others. I love witnessing positive changes. It's fun to explore possibilities.
