I specialize in working with anxiety, mood, and relationship concerns. With an expertise in hypnosis, I will help you improve awareness of how feelings and thoughts impact your well-being and relationships; and enhance your coping and stress management skills. As we build our therapeutic relationship, I will challenge you to observe yourself and reflect. Together, we will work collaboratively to facilitate positive change in your life and relationships. Enhancing your wellness is central to my work.
Relational psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis are two cornerstones of my professional identity. Utilizing these influences, I help facilitate clients' clinical growth through an emphasis on: (1) the connection between mind and body and (2) improving self-soothing and internal self-regulation, and (3) creating healthier patterns of relating with others.
My areas of expertise include relationship issues, anxiety and mood, grief/loss, trauma, self-esteem and identity issues. In addition, I am certified in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), and use hypnosis to work with anxiety, habit control, pain, sleep disorders, and other related issues.
