My Approach to Helping

If you are experiencing challenges in life, lets work together in helping you to overcome your struggles. My approach is to provide a safe comfortable environment in which you can express your thoughts and feelings openly and with full confidentiality. I help you to navigate through your struggles, and learn strategies to help you meet your treatment goals. I am experienced and comfortable with working with children, teenagers, adults, and couples struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Anger, ADHD, Adjustment issues, Low Self-esteem, and relationship issues.

I have been trained to utilize an integrative Psychodynamic approach, which takes into account many views of human functioning and incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches. In addition, I have been trained in Behavioral Analysis and have effectively utilized behavior modification techniques to help families modify their child\'s challenging behaviors.

Let's talk so that you can begin the process of navigating through your struggles and finding a path to a happy, fulfilling, and healthy life.
