My Practice & Services
Full Being Services creates an environment that encourages people to be their most authentic selves with services tailored to be culturally responsive. Our therapists have a diverse background in education & training, including evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Psychodynamic approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Brainspotting. Given the diversity of our training, backgrounds and skillsets, we provide services to children, teens, adults and organizations in an effort to strengthen our communities. We also provide LPC & LCSW supervision to professionals seeking further development.
