Reaching out for help is often difficult. We think we should be able to handle any problem that comes our way. However, we all need support at some point in our lives. A major crisis, a life transition, relationship problems, or daily stressors become too much to deal with alone. We forget our strengths and become isolated, depressed, angry, or make poor choices.
As your counselor, I use a multi-faceted approach to help you find solutions to your problems, rediscover and develop your inner strengths, achieve a healthy and positive relationship with yourself, and acquire valuable communication skills so you may have healthy relationships with others.
