My Approach to Helping
Counseling is essentially geared towards reducing your symptoms of distress while building your capability to handle life's inevitable demands and anxieties.
Concerns related to anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, and trauma can be discussed in a safe and judgment-free environment.
My therapeutic approach is based on individual client needs. I have training in addiction, anger management, CBT, MI, mindfulness-based stress reduction, psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care.
