What's My Approach to Therapy?

Fear of failure, fear of the past, and fear of the unknown can hold us back from becoming our best selves. Change is hard, and loss is even harder. Our thoughts and feelings can sometimes be so overwhelming that it seems hard to move forward in life.
As a helping hand, I assist adults and couples who feel burdened by the challenges of life to discover and build upon their inner strength. I specialize in goal-oriented motivational enhancement therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and other conflicting emotions.
