My Approach to Helping
Clients enter into counseling to seek guidance and assistance in pursuit of a fuller, more satisfying life. My job, as a therapist, is to support my clients' feelings and thoughts, while at the same time to encourage the transformation of those emotions and thoughts.

My sessions focus on utilizing harm-reduction techniques and EMDR to hone in on negative thought processes, that act as roadblocks. Negative thought processes transformed into positive thoughts, through the use of therapy, will gain the individual strength and the ability to accomplish short-term, as well as long-term life goals.
