I specialize in treating adults dealing with anxiety, loneliness, emotional intensity and disappointment. I'm passionate about working with people who are sensitive and/or deal with perfectionism. Disarming shame and self-blame, with compassion, while facing fears allows individuals to heal and grow. I have a special interest in working with males who are disappointed with their relationships or lack there of. Additionally, identifying values and strengths, in order to make desired changes in one's life, is a driving force in my work with all clients.

More Info About My Practice

I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, known as EFT. This approach allows couples to move out of harmful cycles and move closer to one another by increasing connection and strengthening bonds. I work with highly conflictual couples and premarital couples.

I treat trauma utilizing Lifespan Integration Therapy. This modality allows for profound relief of symptoms related to difficult past experiences.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in treating adults dealing with anxiety, loneliness, emotional intensity and disappointment. I am passionate about working with individuals engaged in the artistic process. Additionally, I enjoy working with couples who have chosen to open their relationship and are navigating jealousy, boundaries and how to stay connected, while connecting with others.
