My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and religious trauma syndrome. I work with individuals across all walks of life, ages 18-86+. With a master’s degree in both Social Work and Religious Studies, I am able to provide a safe space to explore and cope with many different and unique situations.
I utilize a feminist-based, client-centered approach to reach your end goals. While you are the driver of your car, I am the mechanic. You are the expert of your experiences, and I am here to provide insight around what practice has shown to help.
Overall, I am here to show up, hear what is in your heart and provide perspective as you may need.
As a queer-identifying, rugby-playing, outdoors enthusiast, I bring a wide variety of ideas and concepts into the therapeutic relationship. I am a strong ally and advocate for the LGBTQI+ community and am determined to help make the world a better place, one conversation at a time.
