I specialize in helping people make decisions. I draw from my training in Motivational Interviewing skills and Action and Commitment Therapy training in order to meet you at your dream. I am also very passionate about the treatment of trauma. The treatment of trauma requires on going training and I am committed to offer you the best. In order to stay up to date with current research, I am a member of The National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine "NICABM." As a member of NICABM, I participate in weekly trainings for the most up to date research based treatment modalities that are person centered.
