My Approach to Helping
The challenges I help people with include depression, anxiety, the impact of trauma, relationship difficulties, divorce, infertility, parenting issues, illness, or the death of a loved one. Couples typically want to recover the deep bond they once had and be more satisfied emotionally and sexually.
I offer a safe, empathetic presence to help you get unstuck, rediscover your innate playfulness, and create a more joyful life. I am deeply committed to your healing, growth, and happiness.
