Takoma Therapy has a wide range of therapists who seek to engage their clients on an individual basis. Our therapists are here to guide you through difficult times and help you find new hope through virtual and in-person sessions.
As the director of Takoma Therapy, I believe authenticity and compassion are key to forming trusting relationships with clients. To me, therapy is about having a conversation with the client, listening to their stories as they share about their life and looking for the meaning they have given to those stories. Together, the therapist and client can work towards creative resolutions to complex issues.
