My Approach to Helping
My name is Yousef, and I’m a therapist who works with individuals and partners. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for over a decade in the federal government and the field of international education. After reaching burnout and starting my own healing journey, I discovered my passion to help others through therapy. I utilize an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing to create a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. My primary focus areas are anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and healthy masculinity. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for individuals and partners to explore their inner worlds and develop the skills to find self-acceptance and emotional resilience. I am committed to helping my clients tap into their inner wisdom and create meaningful and lasting change.
