My Approach to Helping
I address a variety of challenges, ranging from the difficulties of daily life to the pain of depression and anger and the challenges of change, loss, and trauma. As an American-born Indian woman, I\'m highly sensitive to the diverse cultural needs of my clients, and I know how these issues can affect mental health. I understand that therapy often comes with stigma, but I work to help you feel positive about your decision by offering an open and judgment-free therapeutic space.
I have extensively worked with people facing challenges such as career difficulties, family challenges, intimacy issues, addition, unemployment, life changes, anxiety, depression, and many other challenges. I work to understand each client as a whole by understanding the complex interactions of is or her thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Those beliefs create the patterns that can inhibit the quest for fulfillment.
