My Approach to Helping
You may have wondered whether therapy could be helpful to you. I offer a complimentary phone consultation to discuss any questions you may have. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, crisis management, anger issues, couples, and family issues. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families using CBT, mindfulness, and family system interventions. I work to create a virtual safe haven where we can explore your challenges. In addition to seeing clients virtually at Zackson Psychology Group, I am a virtual professor and clinical supervisor at New York University.
As a doctoral level marriage and family therapist, I have the highest level of clinical and academic training. This intensive training combined with two decades of mindfulness meditation teaching and integrative forms of holistic health helps clients heal and improve their quality of life.

When you call, you will speak with Dr. Judith Zackson personally. Starting with your first conversation, we will get to know you and begin to understand how we can help you achieve your goals. We will ultimately help you to become your own therapist by learning how to better deal with the challenges that come up in your life.

My work is informed by decades of clinical experience and mindfulness meditation practice teaching.
