My Approach to Helping
Life can be complex and challenging, while often making sense of experiences and searching for answers can be difficult. Finding the right path is not as easy when dealing with complicated situations in life. You’re looking for the right answers, searching to find your way, trying to help someone or feel stuck. You are not alone. Recognizing your strengths through additional support can help you achieve balance and wellness.
I provide an integrative approach, utilizing proven methods and techniques, which encompasses you as a person, your preferences and life experiences. I utilize mindfulness, expressive techniques, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Informed Practices. Or just talk! I practice with compassion and provide a non-judgmental space.
My experience includes working with individuals, families, and groups. I have worked in a variety of care settings and enjoy working with all ages. I have extensive experience with children, adolescents, and families. I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to providing support along your journey.
