Hello! My name is Emily and I am a therapist intern completing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am open-minded in my practice and in my approach. I use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and other issues.
