I specialize in people who are challenged by Anxiety, Depressive moods, relationshipmarriage conflict, and other life stressors. I have several years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have a non-judgmental and collaborative style. My primary approach to treatment is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) However, I can be eclectic depending on the presenting problem and the goal for therapy. How you feel matters and how you cope matters. I'm here to support you on your journey to healing.
