I specialize in people who are challenged by Anxiety, Depressive moods, relationshipmarriage conflict, and other life stressors. I have several years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have a non-judgmental and collaborative style. My primary approach to treatment is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) However, I can be eclectic depending on the presenting problem and the goal for therapy.
