My Approach to Helping

We will work together to help you make positive changes to your life—healthier, more stable, productive and fulfilling! I work to build a relationship based in trust and authenticity, so you can feel both safe and challenged. Safe to talk openly knowing you will be heard and understood and challenged to make the changes you want to make. I am trained in a variety of empirically-based, therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT, and many more). Although many of these therapeutic techniques are highly structured, I take an individualized approach to understand my clients, viewing each client as unique with personal life experiences belonging only to you.

As a clinical and forensic psychologist, I have experience working with people of all ages. I have worked with people experiencing mild problems to severe mental health and behavioral problems in outpatient and inpatient settings. I provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.

Empathy and authenticity provide a foundation for successful therapy. Your full potential is always within reach and a therapeutic relationship based in sincere, empathetic, and authentic dialogue is healing. Call me today for a free, phone consultation and get started on a better and brighter present and future.
