My Approach to Helping

Do you worry more than you want to, or struggle with feeling stressed and overwhelmed? If you want to be less anxious and more relaxed, I can help. I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping clients with anxiety issues. I teach practical CBT techniques that will help you manage distress and feel calmer. I also utilize insight oriented interventions that can increase your awareness of the behavioral dynamics that contribute to your anxiety. My goal is to help you become more in touch with your feelings and thoughts, allowing you to feel more in control, less stressed, and happier with your life. People who I work with often have increased career and relationship satisfaction.

I have clinical training from Yeshiva University, New York University, and Harvard Medical School in cognitive therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy.
