On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Therapy can feel like a heavy decision - maybe even something you don't want to share with those you care about. I value your feelings of safety and comfort above all else, and so I will strive to build a good relationship with you and move at a pace that feels supportive. It is important for you to feel as though you can be open with your therapist - be honest with yourself after the first session. There is no pressure to sign up for another session if you don't want to. Reaching out can take a lot of courage, but it can be highly rewarding and lead to real and awesome progress for yourself and those you love.
