My Approach to Helping
Being a human is challenging. Anxiety can get in the way of enjoying life, relationships, and feeling present. Many people feel anxious, stuck, worried, or unsure of how to move forward in their lives or relationships. They often think they are alone. Anxiety, sadness, guilt, loneliness, confusion, or general feelings of hopelessness and overall stress may be bothering you, and although our lives may look successful on the outside, they often don't feel so good on the inside. Maybe you don't react the way you wish you would or you find yourself worrying about the future or the past.
You want to feel confident and remember who you were before everything got so complicated. Together, we practice relaxation, deeply understand your concerns, and focus on your strengths as we build a treatment plan that you will use daily as you progress towards feeling better and creating a life that's congruent with your deepest values.
