My Approach to Helping
A meaningful therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for healthy relationships, effective coping skills, and improving your life. In therapy, I work with my clients to resolve and address psychological difficulties to help them live happier lives. I specialize in the treatment of people who struggle with the present, or who grapple with previous trauma. I believe that developing healthy coping skills and processing the pain of the past offers relief, and an ability to meaningfully engage with life.
