My Approach to Helping

My clients are emerging adults who are driven and self-aware. My clients struggle, often privately, with anxieties, self-doubt, and feelings of not being good enough. They have trouble saying no and sticking with the boundaries they've set for themselves. My clients give so much of themselves they find themselves burnt out and depressed. A few things clients say after a session with me are: I feel seen, I am clearer about what I want to do, and I know how to be more of who I am.

I help my clients recover from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients want to work on identity exploration, crisis, and major life transitions. I work with individual adults both in-person and online. My approach is attachment-based, and culturally and LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive. I believe therapy should be highly tailored to the individual. I approach my clients as holistic human beings experiencing stress and trauma somatically, spiritually, cognitively, and emotionally. I use trauma-focused modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and as well as solution-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients be the most whole and healthy versions of themselves. My goal is to help individuals build the type of insight that can affect real change in their lives. Visit to schedule a free 15-min consult!

Groups I Work With

I work with emerging adults in their 20s and 30s and millennials who are experiencing identity crises and working through major life transitions. My clients want to recover from anxiety, depression, and trauma. They are perfectionistic, achievement-oriented, and people pleasers. They're very good at giving to other people but can sacrifice too much of their own boundaries. I work best with clients who are so hard on themselves, they want to know how to be more self-compassionate and use their self-awareness to affect practice change in their day-to-day lives.
