My Approach to Helping
Sometimes in life, despite our best efforts, we just can’t seem to get the relationship, job or sense of contentment that we want. These are the moments when psychotherapy can help us examine our patterns of behavior and figure out what is no longer working for us. I’ve seen the benefit of this guided self-examination in my own life and enjoy extending the same hope to my clients.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and grief, among other challenges. I offer a non-judgemental space that serves as a laboratory for growth, communication and self-compassion. By exploring the connection between early life experiences and core beliefs that have a negative impact on your life, I try to help clients forge a more positive relationship to themselves and others.
