I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
Health and wellness are not linear and will only evolve within a dynamic and complex interplay of the many systems in our lives. I firmly believe that promoting mental health is a part of this interplay. I help my clients with exploring those systems relevant to their mental health (such as relationships, lifestyle routines with sleep and eating, problem-solving, etc.), and developing strategies and routines to promote a robust everyday experience.
My approach is holistic and integrative in nature; I believe that for the mind to be healthy, the body, mind, and spiritual needs of the person need to be in alignment. The mind includes our thoughts, feelings, and actions, while the body represents how those, coupled with lifestyle and nutrition routines, manifest physically. While our spiritual experience can differ widely, it is, at its root, the connection we experience to the world we live in. This can include, but is not limited to, our personal and intimate relationships with other humans, with nature and the earth we live on, with the food we eat, with the values we set, the routines we engage in to fulfill those values, andor with a religious deity. We will work on promoting your mental “Wellth;†we can only consider ourselves wealthy when our whole being is supported and living in abundance, not just our financials.

I offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) for those clients who may benefit. It is a five-day intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges.
