My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive training in the treatment of substance abuse and trauma. I have been in practice for almost a decade, and prefer to adapt my approach to my client's needs. I am currently completing my PhD in Counseling with an emphasis in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Wyoming (go Pokes!), and am offering telehealth services in a number of states where I am licensed. In my spare time I like to snowboard, watch football, bake, and run.
