My Approach to Helping
As we change and grow, we constantly face new challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. The compassionate support of a therapist offers a path through life's challenges, so you can learn to engage with your life in a new, more meaningful way. I believe that healing works best when we work with the body, mind, and spirit. I tend to each of these components by incorporating transpersonal approaches, somatic therapy, and expressive arts. My work draws heavily upon mindfulness principles, and I strongly emphasize the importance of cultivating self-awareness and trusting your intuition. We each have a unique path toward healing. My job is to help you navigate yours.
