My Approach to Helping
Therapy might seem overwhelming or intimidating, but therapy affords a chance to focus on your life while tackling your challenges. Therapy is a collaborative and unique process that unfolds naturally between you and me. I offer supportive, warm counseling to adolescents and adults coping with challenges and seeking personal growth. This can include helping you find meaning in life, setting and prioritizing goals, coping with the challenges of daily obligations, managing parenting concerns, navigating peer pressure, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, and loss, or any combination of the aforementioned.
I encourage my clients to explore what they want out of life. I'll help you identify goals and make small changes that get you closer to realizing these dreams. I'll nurture your sense of self, connection to others, and well-being. I'm here to support you as you embark on this challenging journey.
