My Approach to Helping
Allow me to be direct for a moment, sometimes life sucks. You might feel overwhelmed by the demands of life. You might be confused about the person you think you should be. I want to help you, the WHOLE person, feel accepted and celebrated for all those things that make you unique.
My work focuses on improving relationships, with yourself, your partner, your friends, or family. We are social creatures by nature, and even the introverts among us desire and enjoy fulfilling relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and fun. Like I said, sometimes life sucks. I help my clients learn useful tools to make it better.
