My Approach to Helping
Allow me to be direct for a moment, sometimes life sucks. You might feel overwhelmed with the demands of life. My work focuses on improving relationships, with yourself, your partner, your friends or family. We are social creatures by nature and even the introverts among us desire and enjoy fulfilling relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational and fun. Like I said, sometimes life sucks. I help my clients find their strengths again.
