Elizabeth (Liz) Malin is a Resident in Counseling (RIC) with over 7 years of experience in treating adults, teens, couples, and families seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, workplace stressors, life transitions, and more. Liz earned her Master's degree in Counseling Education from Old Dominion University. She utilizes strengths-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), solutions-focused (SFT), and emotionally-focused approaches to therapy. She provides a safe place where you can work with her to form a collaborative relationship to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
