I am a practical therapist with the goal of providing a safe and nurturing environment that allows space and time to heal, learn, and grow. We often seek help when in crisis but can use guidance and purpose even in the mundane. Let's work together to build communication, hope and healing.

In addition to therapy services, we do offer coaching packages for those who are looking for motivation to get to the next step in your life goals. Additionally, we offer the Mental Physical - an annual "check up" for your goals, focus, and agenda - to keep you on track all year long!
My Therapy Focus
I have been trained in the approach to therapy from a systems perspective. What that means is that we are looking at the resources around you and the people who influence your life on a regular basis. How can we improve communication or how can we build a stronger bond to help us both thrive? My favorite word is equifinality - many ways to get to the destination. I am happy to assist with you finding your best path forward!
