Regardless of diagnosis, everyone has their own experiences along with an identity that has been formed over the lifespan. My goal is to walk with you on your journey by assisting you in discovering the new, working in the present, as well as analyzing the past. I like to use an eclectic approach with a mix of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, etc. to assist my clients. If office sessions don't work with your schedule, I offer virtual sessions as well.
