My Approach to Helping
Hello, I use positive psychology and cognitive behavioral counseling with a touch of existential to help others be the most healthy and resilient they can be. In my over 30 years of being a therapist, I have worked in different populations and continue to enjoy the journey of wellness.
Most recently, I have done much work in the area of trauma. Using the new research done in this area, I have seen much progress and a decrease in symptoms while implementing education, brain tools, and mindfulness.
