More Info About My Practice

Have you struggled with bouts of depression, rage, and anxiety for years without being able to understand the root of your mood issues? Have your relationships and jobs suffered along the way? Upon closer reflection, do you notice a monthly pattern to your emotional upheavals, though are not sure what to do to make a shift? I work with individuals experiencing Premenstrual Syndrome, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, Peri-menopausal Distress, and other imbalances specific to the menstrual cycle. I promise that it is not just "all in your head", and that there are ways to experience immediate relief as well as deeper healing.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

It took me years to realize that my anxiety, depression, and rage had a pattern. Ever since my teen years, I struggled with mood issues that seemed to come out of nowhere. This cycle of suffering worsened as I got older until I finally was diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (a severe form of PMS). Since then, I have committed myself to healing myself through my body, rather than in spite of it, and am passionate about working with women who are struggling with similar issues. What I've learned through my own journey is that healing is possible, yet not without some soul searching and that a good dose of self-compassion goes a long way! When we work together, you will know that you are not alone in your suffering because I have been there too - it is absolutely a judgment-free relationship! I am thankful for my struggles because they have allowed me to deepen my relationship with myself and have provided me a strength that I never thought possible. I know you are capable of this too, and if you feel ready, it would be a privilege to work with you.
