For over 15 years I have worked extensively with those in the creative, legal, health care, social services and education fields who have faced a wide range of concerns including stress, life transitions, loss, burnout, career challenges, personal growth, creative blocks, relationship issues, medical diagnoses, parenting, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer a supportive and empowering environment that nurtures a compassionate self-awareness while challenging current beliefs and behavior patterns. We collaborate to create a specialized approach designed to build upon your strengths and promote resilience.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I completed an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited internship at Kaiser Permanente LAMC where I focused on Neuropsychological Assessment and Health Psychology. During my Advanced Clinical Psychology postdoctoral fellowship at Cedars-Sinai, I specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Treatments for depression and anxiety. Additionally, I have specialized training in mindfulness based interventions, positive psychology, and wellness coaching.

My Therapy Focus

I like to get to know you and see the world from your perspective to understand your experience and discover what it is you want and what obstacles are in your way. Sometimes this can take some time and the focus may initially be on exploring the inner landscape to uncover meaningful values and goals. Or you may be very clear about what you want and are very aware of the obstacles in the way and we will spend our time examining these obstacles and the beliefs around them to help develop skillful ways to navigate them and move into the direction you want your life to go.
