I will guide you to recognize and utilize your strengths, resilience, and potential for creating new possibilities for healthier relational and self relational dynamics. I create momentum with valuable habits, practicing self compassion and self soothing, starting and maintaining relationships, self insight, and changing harmful or unhelpful behaviors.
My therapeutic style is empathic, intuitive, and interactive. My scope of practice includes work with breakups, divorce or separation, grief, trauma, postpartum, stress, post-abortion support, depression, anxiety, complex family and romantic relationships, disordered eating, body image challenges, life transitions, academic or work-related burnout, and sexuality and sexual identity.
