My Approach to Helping
Life is filled with decisions, unexpected turns neither predicted nor guaranteed, and experiences that shape our individual stories. I utilize an approach to psychotherapy that aims to present a fuller picture of who we are, individualizing my practice based on my clients and their needs. I work with individuals who want assuredness as they maneuver through significant life events. My practice centers around goals of improvement in relationships, guidance through unresolved issues, and help with anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties. I provide insight into patterns and dynamics and promote self-growth and inner knowledge.
