Life in Los Angeles sometimes seems to move at warp speed. Instead of doing the things you really want to be doing, you are worried all the time and constantly arguing with your teenager or your partner. You want to actually have the life you show on social media. The one where you are happy and joyful.

I help teenagers, young adults, and parents learn to manage their emotions and build healthy relationships.

TEENAGERS - I worked for years as a high school counselor, so I really understand the pressures that teenagers have today. In this world of relationships-via-text kids need a lot of guidance to learn how to relate to parents, teachers and peers. Many struggle with this, and it can lead to anxiety or depression.

YOUNG ADULTS - If you are a young adult, you are probably struggling more now than ever before. After a lifetime of structure and success, you are finally out in the world, and it?s way tougher than you ever imagined. You feel anxious and alone. Everyone else seems to have it all together and you can't figure out what happened, where you went wrong, why you're so anxious and depressed. You are not alone! I have worked with many young adults with these same issues and therapy helps them regain their footing and build a life they love!

PARENTS - If you are the parent of a young adult or teenager you are probably struggling to figure out the new rules. How can you get through to your teenager when they just grunt and turn away? How do you communicate with a frustrated young adult who resents you and loves you at the same time? It's exhausting and often disappointing. Therapy can help you learn to understand them, communicate with them, and, most importantly, figure out how to create a life of meaning and joy.
