I am a License Marriage and Family Therapist in the city of Montebello, serving all of CA. Born and raised in South LA from immigrant parents from Mexico. I connect with being a Chicana therapist who strives to offer a safe space for BIPOC and anyone who seeks to heal their inner child.
Virtual therapy sessions are approached with the same quality and care as in person sessions.
My role as your therapist is to hold space for you and your process. I offer you a non-judgemental environment where the goal is to honor your story and your goals. In my role, I meet you where you are and offer you options based on your vision. I hope to empower you to practice self care and to discover your inner voice through somatic work as well as inner child healing.
